Welcome Mory, it's good to have you on WildHub and I'm sure you'll get to learn a lot from the community. You have an interesting job, I'm curious to know how you relocate bees and their hives successfully?

Thank you @Grace Alawa . i'm also sure that i'll learn a lot and i'm really glad to be part of the community.

In order to relocate bees, we made many wood hives. We just have to put it near the natural beehives and apply cows manure inside it. In less than two days they will start relocating. After a while, we move the wood hives into an area not affected by works. We started doing this  awhile ago and for now it's quite  succesful (There are some wood hives still empty but we are waiting).

If you have any other idea, please let me know.

I was thinking of ways to connect you with a relevant network in your current job. @Shaleen Attre and @Romulus Whitaker may be useful contacts for you regarding the relocation and monitoring of snakes in particular.

Another contact I could connect you with is @Tatyana Humle who is very knowledgable about Environmental impact assessments and extractive industries.

Are there any other connections or specific information that would be useful in your job at the moment?
