I am looking for advice, networks and potential partners.
I would like to create a design office and consulting engineers in the sectors of: environment, waste management, climate, energy, biodiversity, water, agri-food. But I don't know where to start, I need your advice.

1. What are you looking to set up? A company, an organisation or would it be you working as a freelance individual?
2. What would be the purpose/goal of the organisation that you are looking to set up?
3. Where would you like to set it up? (e.g. Which country, region)
4. What is the timeline that you are looking to set it up in? (e.g. this year/2024 or in a couple of years)?
Feel free to answer in French if that would be easier.

1. Une entreprise sous forme de bureau d'ingénieurs-conseils spécialisé dans les secteurs de l'environnement, la gestion des déchets, le climat, l'énergie, la gestion de la biodiversité, la gestion des eaux, l'agroalimentaire.
2. Proposez des services et conseils écoresponsables et durables dans l'élaboration, la réalisation ou le contrôle des projets.
3. A Kinshasa en République Démocratique du Congo mais avec le temps, je souhaite que l'entreprise soit présent et effectue ses missions partout en Afrique notamment.
4. Cette année, en 2023 si cela est possible.

A perfect starting point to see how far you can go.
I studied business and read a lot of books, but if you have only limited time I would always advise this one to start with.
You can immediately see where your passion lies and what potential roadblocks for your ideas are.
