I am an Associate Programme Officer in the Climate Change and Biodiversity Programme. A big part of my work focuses on using nature-based solutions for mitigating climate change, or to help people and biodiversity adapt to its impacts.
I have supported the management of projects, but am still pretty new to it and have no previous formal training. I am looking forward to learning new skills and to thinking more outside the box when it comes to project management.
I have worked on so many different issues over the years! I also love being near water, and my nature conservation life started by getting stuck in the intertidal mudflats of Portugal while looking for mutant snails – so this is a photo of that place!
