Hello team,

Well done to all who passed the exam today. If you wish to come to the exam session on Wednesday, then just show up at 6 pm BST using the normal Zoom link.

I will be sending out the certificates Thursday hopefully, but please let me know if you need them before this and I'll be happy to send it over sooner.

Thank you all so much for being a part of this training workshop and being lovely, you make my job a pleasure. I wish you all the best of luck with your future work. If one day I get to meet you in person then that would be excellent (when the world is back to more like it used to be).

Take care and stay safe,
All the very best,
Beth

WildLearning Specialist, WildTeam

I'm a WildLearning Specialist with WildTeam, a bit of a odd job title. My main role is to design, deliver and organise both our online and class-based training workshops. One of the best parts of my job is meeting other conservationists and learning about the work that they do. I really enjoy geeking out reading teaching theory and thinking about ways I can more creatively and engagingly deliver learning. Before working for WildTeam I did a PhD in invasive plants and human wildlife interactions. I find it really interesting to learn about the ways people interact with nature, both when nature is being wonderful, but also when is is being a bit annoying!

It was a great thing to have undertaken, I loved the learning and seeing how many other people are into conservation due to the breakout rooms and posts on here - the world might be alright after all! And it included this platform, Wildhub which makes it all a thing of great value. I hope to apply the principles to my local nature reserve work, we are establishing a new one. I certainly need to get on with the management plan! It was so hilarious that I had thought the real exam was going to be a mock exam... I nearly dismissed it because I saw how many questions there were then thought that is just a template and there will actually be 30... ... !!! Lizzie.

Thank you Beth and WildTeam, this was the best online course I have ever taken. It was so well structured and clear, and you did a great job at providing varied material for studying. I will be looking into the material again to practice and I plan to use the new knowledge in my new job starting next month. Take care everyone and hope to stay in touch with you on WildHub.

A huge well done from me also. Beth and I really do enjoy these workshops, getting to meet so many great people and what you are currently working in and your interests. Please keep in touch and we look forward to hearing how some of the PMWC approach/tools may help your future work.
