Hello everyone,

My name is Wiem Boussellàa, and I’m currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn in Italy. My background is in marine biology, with a strong focus on conservation, project management, and scientific research related to sea turtles and marine biodiversity.

Over the past years, I’ve led and collaborated on various international projects, including the Life Med Turtles Project and ECO-GEAR, and have been actively involved with IUCN commissions and the Global Ghost Gear Initiative.

I'm passionate about using science to drive real-world conservation outcomes and excited to collaborate, learn, and grow with this vibrant community.

Looking forward to connecting with you all!
