Hi everyone! I found out about WildHub through LinkedIn and was very excited when I saw the wildlife grant writing course. I am a recent graduate from Trent University in Ontario, Canada, where I studied Conservation Biology. Throughout my degree, I had the opportunity to complete placements with the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre and study abroad in Australia, where I volunteered with koalas and dolphin research! I am currently completing an internship studying killer whales in the Salish Sea! Throughout my various opportunities, I have realized how important grant writing can be for conservation, especially to non-profit organizations. Throughout this course, I hope to learn from others and make some global connections with like-minded people!
