Hello there!

Hi! My name is Amanda, I'm a junior veterinarian - currently working as a Junior Veterinarian in Orangutan Forest School in East Kalimantan
Hello there!
Like

I joined WildHub to exchange knowledge and enhance my understanding of conservation efforts with like-minded individuals. Although I am new to this field, I have been interested in wildlife and conservation since my college days, and I am eager to learn and grow in this community. Currently, I work as a junior wildlife veterinarian at an Orangutan Rehabilitation center in East Kalimantan. I also serve as a social media manager and create content to raise awareness about One Health, animal welfare, and conservation.

I hope to gain connections with individuals who share my passion for community development and education as conservation goals. I am particularly interested in learning more about wildlife medicine and the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health.

My goal in joining the WildHub community is to deepen my understanding of conservation and improve my ability to communicate conservation efforts effectively to a wider audience. I believe that science can only be successful if it is effectively communicated to the public, and I hope to contribute to this effort by sharing my knowledge and experiences with others in the community.

Thank You! It’s lovely to be here, Terima Kasih - well I’m still a baby in Orangutan Vet world cause I’ve just graduated in 2021, would love that, but considering that i’m still new so maybe if it’s something “technical” or “clinical” i can’t really share a lot - yet 😆
