Hi everyone, I'm Rose and I've developed my passion for conservation through studying Geography and Environmental Science at the University of Liverpool and would love to have a career in environment/conservation. I have been to Kefalonia twice to work on the conservation of Loggerhead sea tutles, which have both been amazing experiences and would love to get the chance to work on projects such as this again in the future.  I have joined this workshop to learn more about project management for conservation and to widen my conservation knowledge in general - as well as meeting like minded people! Looking forward to meeting some of you in tomoorrows live session!! :)

I have recently completed a MSc in Environmental Science and am currently looking for jobs in the environment/conservation field. My interests are politics and challenges to conservation, plastic pollution, how humans interact with animals, climate change and what people can do in their everyday lives to help slow down mass extinction rates and help stop catastrophic levels of warming. I am looking to connect with like minded people and feel a sense of community and am open to discussions about conservation in order to learn more about this field.

Hi Rose and welcome to the community. I started off on sea turtles in Greece myself and never looked back. Best, adam
