In this podcast, we will be hearing about others' perspectives on introducing nature and the outdoors into their bereavement journey.

We explore the many benefits that nature can provide, activities to get involved in, and how to use the outdoors to support yourself or loved ones during a personal loss.

Over the last few months, we have heard from a wide range of people, some who work outside, some who are experts on bereavement, and many with a moving story to tell. Each has a different look on how nature has helped and supported them during their grief, and all have a unique perspective, story and journey.

In our latest episode, we hear from Mark Liebenow, a writer from America who shares his journey with us after losing his wife at a young age, and his connection with Yosemite National Park. Check out his writing via his links on his Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/mark.liebenow

You can give that (and our other episodes) a listen, here:

Our next episode will be released this Wednesday, and is the last for a while. We are still looking for contributors to this podcast, so if you have a personal or professional story to share, then please send me an email at: mollie.taylor@bcpcouncil.gov.uk
