Hello,
How were everyone's weekends? There is a lot of stuff in this week's material, so hope you are getting on ok! A couple of thoughts from me :)
1. PMWC documents. Does anyone think they might start using the trackers or any other PMWC documents? Or perhaps you have a different tool that you like that you could share with the group? One tool I’ve been using for almost a year on a personal level for planning life and work is bullet journaling. I was a bit sceptical at first, as when I was researching it there were lots of Instagram images of pretty looking notebooks with beautiful doodles, and that just wasn’t going to be me! But I brought myself a yellow notebook, and I have to say, it has succeeded my expectations. I really enjoy the physical act of writing rather than relying on the computer so much. More info here: https://bulletjournal.com/.
2. WildHub festival. Last week was the WildHub festival which involved lots of exciting events, such as Conservation tools: new platforms and technologies. Many of the events are available as recordings, here.
If you have any questions please get in touch.
Hope you are all well.

Beth, thanks for this bullet journal idea. I already do something kind of like a bullet journal (or some of the components anyway) but in a haphazard way that's not always consistent. I really like this simple system, I'm going to give it a try to see if it helps me be more organized with my notes and more consistent in keeping them.
Hello Alison,
Great! I use the bullet journal app on my phone as well, things are only stored on there for a limited time, so it forces you to write them down! Good luck with it.

End of week 1, I love this bullet journal thing! Only time will tell if I stick to it, but I think it is giving me important improvements to my previous to-do list keeping habits. Also, have you checked out the super ambitious things people are doing with them on their blog and on pintrest? Who has this much time on their hands?!? Like you, I'm not the sort of person who will draw beautiful doodles for every page, but it is inspiring and full of cool fun ideas.
Wooo! Good going. I just started a new notebook today - dark green! Yes, when you look on Pinterest it is mad right?! That is not the way to be productive to spend hours making your bullet journal look that beautiful. I do like to use colourful pens though.
