Authors & Educators on a Mission's particular focus is on climate education and optimism. The group members' books include eco fiction, non-fiction, children's stories and graphic novels. Four members of the group - Gloria, Kevin, Neil and Alan - are undertaking a series of panel discussions and speaking engagements about various aspects of climate literacy and optimism from the particular perspectives of education, climate action, literature and entertainment. 

For this WildHub Festival session Authors & Educators on a Mission will engage in a general conversation introducing the group, why each of them became interested, the common interest in climate change and sustainability, the emphasis on climate literacy and why that matters, and how each member approaches these subjects through their books.
