There is an urgent need for the development of guidelines for handling the seized wildlife (live) or wildlife products focusing on compliance with the legal procedure, prevention of zoonotic disease transmission as well as the welfare of the seized live wildlife. This could be a step for pandemic preparedness I would appreciate it if anyone can share any documents or Weblinks related to the same.
Maybe this could help: IUCN Guidelines for the management of confiscated, live organisms https://portals.iucn.org/library/sites/library/files/documents/2019-005-En.pdf CITES https://cites.org/sites/default/files/eng/Enforcement_operations_wildlife_safety_guidelines_Asia_WCS_quick_guides_incorporated.pdf IWRC - MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR WILDLIFE REHABILITATION https://theiwrc.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Standards-4th-Ed-2012-final.pdf

What are some of the ways you can bring skills from other parts of your life into your conservation practices?
Working with toddlers require a great amount of patience, taking care of toddlers built my listening skills, patience with others as well as attention to detail. When working in the wild or with communities, I apply same listening skills, patience and attention to detail to effectively communicate and get a desirable feedback.

I am creating a "Women's Rights at Work" document for a conservation NGO which specifies women's rights in a very simplistic way i.e it is okay if X happens, but it is not okay if Y happens, and is targeted at local women (working as eco-monitors, eco-guides, housekeeping staff) who have limited knowledge of these rights. Has anyone come across anything similar I could build on please?
