Working with toddlers require a great amount of patience, taking care of toddlers built my listening skills, patience with others as well as attention to detail. When working in the wild or with communities, I apply same listening skills, patience and attention to detail to effectively communicate and get a desirable feedback.

We are in a transition stage in my Country Nigeria; trying to implement the cashless policy, change in the naira currency, hike in fuel prices, etc. This has left many people cash-trapped. We all seem to be mentally-tasked, any idea on how to cope with the present situation? as most people seem to be a time bomb waiting to explode.

I am creating a "Women's Rights at Work" document for a conservation NGO which specifies women's rights in a very simplistic way i.e it is okay if X happens, but it is not okay if Y happens, and is targeted at local women (working as eco-monitors, eco-guides, housekeeping staff) who have limited knowledge of these rights. Has anyone come across anything similar I could build on please?
