Hi Bonnie, I think a panel sounds like a great idea - perhaps involving a representative of a donor to get their perspectives? As it relates to this topic - we are in the final stages of writing a new best practice in grant application and administration for wildlife conservation - which should be available for free to all by the end of the year if not before.

Maybe we could use 9Trees as an example of how to put this group into practice.
