There is an urgent need for the development of guidelines for handling the seized wildlife (live) or wildlife products focusing on compliance with the legal procedure, prevention of zoonotic disease transmission as well as the welfare of the seized live wildlife. This could be a step for pandemic preparedness I would appreciate it if anyone can share any documents or Weblinks related to the same.
