Do any of you have recommendations for strong strategic planning facilitators that also help deliver a usable and attractive final product (written plan, KPIs for staff to monitor progress and adaptively manage, etc.) at a decent rate?

Hello! I am not sure about facilitators but we offer courses on Project Planning for Wildlife Conservation and Monitoring and Evaluation for Wildlife Conservation which would allow you and your team to plan your conservation strategy and then set up objectives and indicators to monitor and evaluate your strategic plan (we recommend taking the Project Planning course before the Monitoring and Evaluation course).
