Our community's journey: lessons learned

I was interviewed by Waimai Lo, Director of Client Operations at Zapnito (our platform provider) and shared our WildHub experiences in growing our community and becoming sustainable. These insights may be helpful to those of you who are growing your own community.

@Waimai Lo  Director of Client Operations at Zapnito, approached me to share my experiences in building and growing our community. Zapnito is a Software as a Service (Saas) company, based in London, who have been providing us with our platform from the very start of our community; they are a leading company in building expert communities online.

I thought of sharing this interview with our community too, because some of the things Waimai and I discussed may be of use to those of you who are growing your own community, either on WildHub or externally. Let me know your thoughts, also if you feel there is anything I forgot to mention, by adding your comments below. Your feedback will be considered in any next round of interviews/sharing of experiences about our community that I will be part of. Many thanks in advance & I look forward to reading your comments!
