I'm Andrea, Programme Officer with the Science team. I started at WCMC 3 years ago and I lead and support a large diversity of projects in biodiversity mainstreaming into policy and decision-making, biodiversity knowledge management and data analysis, as well as capacity development.

I have experience in managing projects but have mostly learnt by doing, so it would be nice to have some structure behind it all.

I work with many countries and sectors, so it would be nice to learn some skills to manage this type of work. Managing timelines, task ownership and work rhythms can be complicated.

I'm looking forward to learning new and improving my project management skills.
