Platform Provider and Data Processor
The technical platform and hosting infrastructure for the Website are provided by Zapnito, which acts as a data processor on behalf of WildHub.

Zapnito is a limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08406532), with its registered office at 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

Zapnito processes personal data only in accordance with WildHub’s instructions and under a Data Processing Agreement, as required by applicable data protection laws. Where personal data is processed by our platform provider, this is done under contractual arrangements designed to protect your data.

To support networking and demonstrate the reach and impact of the WildHub community, member profile information (such as name, expertise, and general location) may be visible to others via features such as member listings or maps, based on the information you choose to provide and your profile settings.

We may also use aggregated and anonymised information for research, reporting, and to demonstrate the impact of WildHub’s work.

Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• To provide the Website and its features (performance of a contract)

If you delete your account or content, WildHub will remove it from the Website. However, copies may continue to appear in external search results for a period of time beyond WildHub’s control.

Where a valid request is made, WildHub will remove personal data from its own systems in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as further described in our Privacy Policy.
