29 May: Rights of Nature: Legal Action when Nature is Harmed
A fast-paced online discussion with scholars and practitioners.

Serious harm to nature is ubiquitous. This event will explore legal responses to those harms, and how we can more effectively operationalise nature’s rights to remedies from harm.

The 1-hour virtual discussion will be of interest to NGO, community and government plaintiffs, and to scholars and lawyers interested in using the law to protect nature.
