Hello to all course participants. I'm Nikki, Head of Conservation at the Born Free Foundation UK. I've been with Born Free for just over 2 years now; before that I was living in Belgium and remotely running a great ape conservation programme in Cameroon. I am joining this course because at Born Free we manage several conservation programmes globally and some of things we often struggle with, like obtaining regular and adequate reporting, or keeping on top of progress in the field, I feel could be hugely facilitated if we had some standardised tools and procedures in place across our programmes.
