We are seeking a high calibre, self-motivated and dedicated applicant to fill the Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving) position. 

The Fundraising Manager will be targeted with raising primarily unrestricted income across a variety of income streams, with a particular focus on individual giving / direct marketing. The role holder will develop, implement and continuously improve Ol Pejeta’s individual giving strategy and plan that results in supporter retention and increased giving. This role will lead on growing the existing individual giving supporter base, as well as uplifting donors, building a mid-level giving offering, and supporting donors who give and volunteer in a variety of ways.
