I'm a passionate wildlife conservationist with a deep-rooted love for the natural world. With a strong foundation in Botany and Zoology, my academic journey culminated in an MSc in Wildlife Health and Management from the University of Nairobi. My research on the effectiveness of deterrent lights for mitigating human-wildlife conflict was a pivotal step in her career, leading to a published study that contributed to conservation strategies. Currently, I'm a freelance research consultant. However, over the last 5 years, my previous roles have involved overseeing field operations, conducting in-depth research, and fostering strong community relationships. My commitment to understanding the complex interplay between humans and wildlife fuels my dedication to finding innovative solutions for coexistence. Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm an avid explorer with a profound appreciation for the outdoors. Inspired by childhood adventures in Kenya's national parks, I developed a lifelong connection to nature. This passion, coupled with my academic expertise, has solidified my career path as a dedicated conservationist.
