About Bavoua Dede Tatou Brageor
I’m Dede Tatou, a wildlife conservation and animal welfare specialist with a global footprint across Africa and the Middle East. From managing the daily care of over 2,500 species at Dubai Safari Park to developing conservation protocols for endangered Arabian leopards, as well as supervising the Ungulate animal welfare team in Al Ain Zoo. I bring strategic insight and hands-on leadership to every challenge. I’m passionate about mentoring diverse teams, fostering emotional intelligence in the workplace, and aligning operational excellence with meaningful conservation outcomes.
My goal is to connect cultures and ecosystems through impactful animal care, environmental education, and team empowerment.
