About Charlie Cope

I have spent most of my career as a broadcast & sustainability technologist, but have given up my full time job in order to get more involved in conservation and nature recovery in the UK. This includes working on rewilding projects, peatland recovery, and biodiversity development. My reason to take this course is to transition my existing project management skills from the broadcast sector into wildlife and conservation work

Week 5 Exercise - Example of document problems

Hope this is ok starting a new thread for this! My example is where I wrote up a full PID (project initiation document) for a large project to be submitted as part of the funding approval process, only to discover this document template had been changed by the financial approval board, meaning I had to re-write the whole document into a new format.. frustrating!
