About Courtney Halstead
After graduating in Coastal Marine Biology in 2014 I landed what was meant to be a temporary, billpaying job. After not much success looking for the right role, I almost gave up on my ambitions of working in conservation, and remained working in administration, moving into supply chain - which has given me some great transferrable skills and understanding of operations.
I recently left my job working for an alternative meat producer following some serious self-reflection, realising I need to change my career and do something I really care about. If you're interested in my journey, you can follow along here.
