Working with the team is my energy, and balancing environmental preservation and economic growth is my passion. My educational background and experiences enable me to work with various stakeholders and aim to work more with the business sector to meet its responsibility to be an environmental-responsible company.

I have over ten years of professional background with NGOs and Small Companies across Kalimantan. I am currently having my career as as a corporate and government engagement and working closely with palm oil and industrial forest plantation companies. Also, co-founder and COO of small grass-root foundation in Central Kalimantan called Himba Raya Indonesia (HIRAI) that focuses on peatland restoration and initiating alternative livelihood for the community around the area.

This is insightful, thank you Adam and Louise. Donor relationship and the process to build it is major advice i got. ANother one is being realistiv while talking with donors that we need money to leverage our impact, align them with the broader impact we can create with their money.
