Jernella Chedick (She/Her)

Research Assistant Trainee, Forestry Division

About Jernella Chedick

Hi! I am a recent graduate, currently working as a research assistant Trainee to the Wildlife Biologist in the Forestry Division Wildlife Section of Trinidad and Tobago. I joined WildHub because I believe it would be a great stepping stone in my future career in Conservation where I can meet others with diverse experiences. I look forward to forming partnerships and taking the courses available to make me much more employable in this field I am passionate about.

I have explored multiple fields while preparing for my career in this sector including but not limited to Wildlife Rehabilitation, Bioacoustics, Remote Sensing and CITES. Currently I am a Trinidad and Tobago BioBlitz Committee Member, I am also assisting with the analysis of acoustic data in a BioReach Project for the Environmental Management Authority on the Trinidad Piping Guan.
