I found it a bit tricky as the roles for this conservation project were not assigned into leaders and workstream members.
I'm not sure how common it is for the project manager to also be responsible for leading workstreams and how common it is for project support staff to report on milestones, but we are a small team, so we do manage workstreams ourselves.
