Expedition researcher position
Expedition Opportunity:
(www.binco.eu) is looking for a mammal/drone/camera trap expert to join them in Kratie, Cambodia from 19 NOV to 15 DEC to conduct a wildlife survey in Praek Prasob and Sambour Wildlife Sanctuaries, with focus on hog deer, as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone with either drone or camera trap survey and analysis experience, as well as having published scientific papers. Please email cv and cover letter to timvanberkel@binco.eu. Working as a volunteer conservation biologist with BINCO, focussing on mammal surveys, particularly camera traps, and using those to study threatened species.
Current projects I am working on are hog deer conservation in Cambodia and Bonobo population research in the DRC.
