It's great to have you here, and congratulations on pursuing your master's degree at Johns Hopkins. We'd love to hear more - what are you studying, and which areas of conservation or ecology are you particularly passionate about?
I'm also curious to know what brought you to WildHub. Are you looking to connect with fellow conservationists, explore career opportunities, share your work, or learn from others' experiences?

Thank you! I am working towards my master's in Environmental Science and Policy and possibly a certificate in GIS as well. I am particularly interested in wildlife and marine conservation, population ecology, and behavioral ecology.
I was brought to WildHub to explore career opportunities and build a network with people that have similar passions, although I hope to be able to also share my own work at some point!
That’s fantastic! Feel free to share parts of your work here when you feel like it; that’s often one of the best ways to connect with others in the field and attract relevant discussions.
As Thriza mentioned, the WildHub socials could be useful for networking. We run two sessions every fourth Wednesday of the month. The afternoon session, hosted by Fleur in the UK, may be more convenient for US time zones. Keep an eye on the events page for updates, the next social is on June 24.
