Hi there, I'm Bex, a new member of the WH community. Excited to be here!
I joined WH to network with more amazing wildlife warriors. The better connected we are, the more we can collectively achieve at a time when conservation is needed more than ever.
I am a content marketing consultant currently studying my Master's in conservation. A career-switcher, really. I'm good at my job but don't find it very rewarding - I'm keen for a bigger purpose.
I'm based in Cornwall, UK.
I hope to offer the community an uplifting attitude, an ear for support, and perhaps the odd piece of useful advice here and there. Although I'm relatively new to conservation, I've had a few pretty unfortunate experiences in the world of work that have taught me a lot about myself, resilience, and communication in general.
I'm looking to learn from others, connect with as many people from different places and perspectives as possible, and to share knowledge, resources, and ideas.
Thanks and looking forward to it!
(P.S. I love this koala image. It's on my website, my LinkedIn, and it's the logo for my freelance work. I think the plight of koalas in the Australia wildfires perfectly symbolise our impact on nature. For me, it's a powerful icon).
