My name is Francesca, and I work as animal curator/head or research and conservation department at Giardino Zoologico di Pistoia, a small zoo in Italy.

I have a MSc in Natural Sciences and I am currently enrolled in the MSc in Animal Welfare, Ethics and Law at Winchester University. I love to share my days with animals and study their behavior and emotional life.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to participate in various conservation programs and volunteering experiences and I would like to gain more skills in project management to increase my contribution to wildlife conservation. 

I also love traveling, hiking with my family and dogs and learning Spanish!
