Hi there all! I'm a natural scientist with 25years experience employing behavioural science to promote sustainable development and biodiversity conservation solutions. I've worked at TRAFFIC, the wildlife trade specialist, since 2011 and lead their programme on social and behaviour change. We have projects in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas and are currently also implementing a two year Technical Support Programme for the 30+ countries in the Global Wildlife Program interested in bringing behaviour change into their projects. These deal with issues such as Human Wildlife Conflict and Coexistence, Wildlife Trade, One Health, Nature Based Tourism and Nature Based Economies. We also work closely with the CITES Secretariat and I have been rolling out regional training for Parties in 'Guidance on Demand Reduction' that I wrote and was adopted at CoP19 in Panama.
