An ambitious, dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for learning, specifically in the environmental sciences area, leading to me focusing on this for my degree. I joined CHANGE - a local NGO in Vietnam; as a wildlife program manager. My role was leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to strengthen and sustain efforts to reduce wildlife products consumption used for meat, medicine and pets, and reduce future threats associated with zoonotic diseases linked to illegal wildlife trade.  I'm currently a freelance researcher for a wildlife documentary project. I'm also self-studying to improve my field skills and GIS.

My background is mainly in species conservation, education and capacity development. I researched mother-young interactions in gorillas and chimpanzees, in captivity and the wild. After that, I worked for three years in Indonesia, where I developed and implemented youth ambassador and community engagement programmes on local and regional scales. I work as Community Manager at WildHub since 2020, and I am on the Advisory Board of the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology (DICE) at the University of Kent where I obtained my PhD on capacity development for conservation in 2022.
