I am a restoration ecologist who focuses on developing tools to conserve and restore degraded forests. My work has spanned ecosystems from the temperate forests of the Northeastern United States to the tropical wet and dry forests of Costa Rica, Hawaii, and Mexico. I am currently a restoration ecologist in the Crowther Lab at ETH Zürich, where I develop collaborative projects that aim to improve the understanding of global restoration outcomes. I also serve as the chief scientific advisor for the Plant-for-the-Planet Foundation.
I joined Wildhub to network with conservation professionals and look for collaborators for ongoing projects.
Master in Animal Biology, with a deep interest in biodiversity conservation, restoration and climate change. Former collaborator of CoalitionWILD and the Global Rewilding Alliance. Former Coordinator of Actions and Partnerships at Plant-for-the-Planet Brazil and Co-Director at Youth Climate Leaders, currently working as a Climate Change Specialist at WWF-Brazil.
I am a marine biology graduate with an MSc in conservation from Plymouth Uni. I use to be the assistant community manager of WildHub but am now the training and events coordinator for the Marine Biological Association as well as community manager for our Membership. I have a passion for science communication and bringing people together.
🦇 In my spare time I have a blog as well as a Redbubble shop where I sell my artwork. Check it out under my website link :) 🦇
