Hi I am phani, I am doing research on affects of  climate change on financial institutes/Banking sector. Here I wants to highlight the risks of climate change and their financial implications. Before that I am M.Sc. Zoology and involved in nature and wild life conservation activities.

I am a conservationist based in Nepal. I did my MSc in Conservation and International Wildlife Trade from DICE-Kent. I am currently working to understand the trade dynamics of some of the most traded medicinal plants like orchids and yews. I am interested in understanding how socioeconomic and behavioral factors interact and impact the wildlife trade (incl. the online trade spectrum and various stakeholders in it) and using this knowledge in designing effective conservation actions.

Hello my name is Miss Acka Ahemen Soteria, a Tech-Savvy professional with a strong educational background in Computer Science, Educational Management, and Systems Management. I am based in Abuja, Nigeria, West Africa, I am passionate about harnessing Technology , Education and Management expertise to drive positive change. My interests span in IT, Education, Healthcare, Wildlife Conservation, Climate Change, Project Management and  Systems Management.I I am currently pursuing MOOC Conservation courses to deepen my understanding of Conservation Principles, Sustainable Practices, and Project Management Strategies. Passionate about biodiversity and conservation, I hold a Master’s degree in Protected Area Management from the Regional Post-Graduate Training School on Integrated Management of Tropical Forests and Lands (ERAIFT), with specialized training at the School of Wildlife Specialists in Garoua. My background combines ecological fieldwork, community-based conservation, and data analysis using tools such as QGIS, R, SMART, EarthRanger, and KoboToolbox. I adapt easily to field conditions, communicate effectively with local communities, and enjoy collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. I’m driven by a strong commitment to advancing wildlife research, protecting habitats, and promoting sustainable development across Africa and beyond.

I am a recent graduate from the Wildlife Research and Training Institute, with a passion for conservation and a diverse set of skills honed through hands-on experience.  During my attachment program at Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park and my volunteer work with Reefolution Trust, I have gained invaluable expertise in:  Coral Restoration: Engaging in coral planting, nursery maintenance, and out-planting to rejuvenate marine ecosystems. Marine Debris Cleanups: Organizing and participating in cleanups to protect our oceans. Community Engagement: Facilitating group discussions and outreach programs to foster local involvement in conservation efforts. Data Collection and Entry: Gathering and managing data crucial for research and conservation projects. Human-Wildlife Conflict Resolution: Developing strategies to mitigate conflicts between humans and wildlife.  My interests are deeply rooted in:  Wildlife Protection: Advocating for and implementing measures to safeguard endangered species. Environmental Education: Sharing knowledge and raising awareness through my Twitter (X) page. Habitat Restoration: Participating in projects aimed at restoring damaged ecosystems. I am an ambitious biomedical professional with expertise in neglected zoonotic diseases and One Health. I hold a DVM and an MS from Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Bangladesh. I am interested in coordinating multistakeholder-engaged field activities, particularly to advocate sustainable animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and support developing policies related to public health. My goal is to continually enhance my skills to contribute to the advancement of both animal and human health. I am open to any short-term countryside and overseas projects.

Hi, every one, am very excited final to be with you, i work for  one of conservation organisation Fauna and Flora in South Sudan since 2017 to date,  my position Program officer and community liaison. I love to work with public, stakeholder, local community leaders to do awareness on nature protection for us and generation to come. briefly South Sudan is rich in biodiversity, there are a lot of new spices not yet identified.  am happy to be for this training  because it is going to enlightening me to do my work effectively.
