Minor Milestone: determine how the suvery will be done to monitor & identity the leopards available (Camera Traps) 

Task1: Aquire the cameras

Task2: determine where to install the cameras.

Task 3: assign individuals to monitor the cameras frequently - recharge batteries or replace memory cards when full.

Minor Milestone: All leopards within the area of research have been identified and accounted for the survey.

Task 1: Motion tracking cameras along the research area perimeter have been set and are working in order. 

Task 2: Research personnel have been instructed in how to set and operate the motion tracking cameras and the corresponding data collection system.

My example includes: task 1: buy and install nessesary equipment task 2: train rangers on equipment handling, data collection and establish a monitoring protocols. Minor milestone: Start surveys
