This was a very interesting section. It really helps breakdown things that sometimes we think it doesn't need to be included in a workplan. I like how we have the different phases of the project work and then how it was explained. Im sure im going to enjoy doing the exercise. And how do we send our exercises or we just have to do them as practice?

Insightful session, a good framework to ensure all aspects of a project is covered. Will be a useful when doing projects at my work and workplanning.
Viv Major MS Rebuilding foraging area for badgers Call out for volunteer gardening groups Volunteers to plant native woodland plants on the first Saturday of Spring. Viv Minor MS Fundraising for purchasing of plants Find a place to store plants safely until use. Find volunteers with transport and time to visit garden centres. Purchasing and transporting plants to a greenhouse until planting time Viv Task Reach out to garden centres Negotiate terms, possible donation or discounts. Perhaps agree to mention the donors organisation in all publications regarding the project. Agreement to possibly use the same garden centre going forward in maintaining and expanding woodland foraging areas in future projects. Visit all garden centers and National trust organizations to see how they can help cut down on cost for the project.Loving this session so far!Β Especially enjoying the planning and breakdown of project structure.
