🌱 What is the Global Mentorship Program?

The Global Mentorship Program is a six-month virtual mentorship experience, running from July to December 2025, designed to build collaborative, cross-generational relationships between emerging young leaders in conservation and experienced professionals. Unlike traditional mentorship programs, this one does not require participants to complete a project, task, or report. Instead, mentors and mentees set personal and professional goals together in their first meetings. The journey is shaped by each unique pair, creating a space for co-learning, co-creating, and co-mentoring. CoalitionWILD believes in the power of meaningful conversations and shared experiences across generations and cultures.

👥 Who can apply?

• Young conservation leaders aged 35 or younger who are passionate about the environment and looking for guidance, connection, and global collaboration are encouraged to apply as MENTEES.
• Senior conservation professionals with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant environmental or conservation-related field are welcome to apply as MENTORS.

📆 Important dates: If you would like to join the program as a MENTEE, please be sure to submit your application by Tuesday, April 29. If you wish to join as a MENTOR, you have until Tuesday, May 27 to submit your application.
