I am a Remote Sensing Scientist and Conservation Biologist with Ph.D in Geographical Sciences, MS in Biology & Sustainable Development, and BSc in Forestry. Currently, I am a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland where my research focuses global global LCLUC.
My research interest are global cropland and forests dynamics, nexus of urban and agricultural land, Temporal dynamics of cryosphere, and crop area and yield estimation using field and remote sensing. I have interest and experience in protected areas management, endangered species conservation, satellite tracking of wildlife (marine turtles and birds), community-based biodiversity and wetlands conservation, protecred areas management planning, wildlife survey techniques and etc. etc.

Sorry for this substantial delay in responding. I was occupied by many assignments, and couldn't check this account.
I have taught courses in Environmental Systems Lab, Basic Geography to undergraduate class, Basic Statistics with R, and Introduction to GIS.
