Hello,

As part of the WildHub festival I've organised some Wildlife Yoga.

What to expect?

Forget downward dog and cat-cow. Think the fox, frog and starfish. This is yoga to channel your inner wild animal! In this fun hour-long session, professional yoga teacher Lizzie Daley will guide you through a series of wildlife-related yoga poses designed to help you connect with your wild side.

The whole session will last for 1 hour.

How do I attend?

Please register in advance for this event so we can get an idea of numbers: here

Do I have to be good at yoga?

No! This session will be suitable for all abilities, so please don't be put off if you are not a regular yoga person.

What will I need?

  • Comfy clothes
  • A yoga mat if you have one. Don't worry if you don't, a camping mat or something grippy like a towel or rug will do.

Looking forward to seeing lots of you there! Any questions, please ask below.

Warm wishes,

Beth

16th June is World Sea Turtle Day!  Perhaps we could try the 'turtle' pose (kurmasana)?  There are several variations of it, for beginners to advanced.  Looking forward to the session!
