Hello everyone! I am Sunita Chaudhary from Nepal, and currently working for International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), an intergovernmental organization working in eight countries of the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH). I was born amidst a forest landscape and grew up interacting with nature. Raised in a subtropical mountain forest area, my love and respect for nature has been strong since childhood. I still rejoice in remembering that childhood hiking in the mountain forests, signing songs with the birds, swimming in the rivers nearby, as well as playing hide and seek with deer and monkeys. However, I did not know my bond with nature would become a profession one day. My specific interests are on big fauna like River dolphins and Royal Bengal Tigers. I am very excited to join this hub to learn from its members, and also share my experience from this region. Thank you.
