I am Bárbara
As it is written in my profile, I like several areas within biology but mainly I would like to dedicate myself to the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems. Why? Because I have always felt a strong connection with nature and I have been in close contact with animals since I was a child. Although I wouldn't mind working in animal or plant conservation.
So where do I stand now? I am currently doing my final thesis in biology in collaboration with the zoology department, and I am looking for an internship in conservation in Europe to access the Erasmus scholarship.
And why am I here? I love the idea of being part of a community where I can share different opportunities, information, courses, etc., about wildlife and its conservation and protection. I hope to contribute as much as possible and that together we can help each other and nature.

P.S. I leave here a photo of me with a baby sloth, this was taken during my trip to the Peruvian Amazon at a very special moment for me. I hope you like it!
