Invitation to Contribute to Vital Research for Conservation Organizations
Greetings,
Peter Drucker stated, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." But does culture consume talent? As a conservationist, you know your role in protecting our planet. However, we need better to understand our internal systems, and organizational culture significantly influences them. I want to invite your organization to participate in a study exploring the impact of organizational culture on employee perceptions.
All submissions will be kept strictly confidential, and no identifying information will be shared in any reports or publications resulting from this research. Your privacy and the privacy of your organization are of utmost importance.
By participating in this study, you will not only contribute to our understanding of organizational leadership topics in the conservation field, but you will also receive your organizational data and a summary of the study's findings. This information will offer valuable insights to help shape organizational strategies for talent retention, satisfaction, and engagement, benefiting your organization.
Please let me know if you are an organizational leader or believe your leader(s) would be interested before or by October 30th.
Best,
