Hi everyone, I am delighted to be part of the CLTN. I met some of you last July in Cambridge. I am currently leading a project to establish a conservation leadership program in latinamerica. Our focus will be in collaboration to promote a decolonized perspective of conservation knowledge and practice. As part of the program we believe a transformative gender approach is essential to empower women in conservation and transform power dynamics. Finally we want to also include well-being, both in labor practices as well as safety.
I send the link to our project, we are just starting with the design and would love any recommendations, experiences and establish collaborations to work together in this program.

Also, as University of Cambridge Conservation Leadership Alumni Network (UCCLAN) we are proposing a side event for CBD COP16 in Cali, Colombia. We would like to focus on conservation leadership transformation and would like to collaborate with the Conservation Leadership Transformation Network for this event. Please reply to this message if you will like to collaborate with this side event.
Thanks and looking forward to continue transforming conservation leadership!
