As the Founder and CEO of Naturepix, he combines his skills as a writer, wildlife filmmaker, certified naturalist, and wildlife photographer to tell compelling stories about nature. With 19 years of experience in IT as a Head of Talent Acquisition, Raghavendra brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and creative vision to his current role. His work spans various specializations, including wildlife conservation, portrait photography, and macro photography. Raghavendra's dedication to his craft has earned him recognition as one of the top 35 photographers in Bangalore and the top 125 in India by the International Photography Club. Raghavendra's commitment to wildlife conservation is evident in his projects, such as the Melapura Blue Tailed Bee Eater Conservation Project for the Government of Karnataka. He is also an accomplished writer, having contributed articles to international and national magazines on migratory species and authored a book on the Birds of Mysore. I have been a Professional Wildlife Photographer / Film Maker & a Conservationist for the last 17 Yrs.  I have been studying migratory birds ( Blue Tailed Bee Eater & Bar Headed Goose ) and have published various articles in International Magazines.  I have recently completed Filming a documentary on Blue Tailed Bee Eater for the Government of Karnataka and the Department of Forest.  Our organization is more focused on the decline of Migratory Birds due to Environment and Climate Change in Mysore ( Karnataka )

Born and raised in The Bahamas, I cultivated a profound affinity for the ocean, inspiring my career trajectory from an early age. I have had the opportunity to volunteer and work with many diverse organizations and communities throughout my 25-year career. Currently, I am a Ph.D. candidate studying organizational leadership at Southeastern University. Additionally, I am the proprietor of Wild Spark Consulting, a consulting business dedicated to igniting and cultivating leadership. Furthermore, I am honored to serve as a Coexistence Fellow with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. I am privileged to contribute my expertise as a Vermilion Sea Institute and Ecology Project International board member. I serve on the advisory council for A Rocha USA and Ecochallenge.org. My academic credentials consist of a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Master of Arts in Biology obtained through the Global Field Program of Miami University. A few of my favorite things are growing in my faith, spending time with beautiful family, traveling the world, dancing to good music, and making new friends!

Victoria Wanjohi is the creator and editor of Nyika Silika, an award-winning environmental communication platform, as well as the co-founder of Biophilic Conversations, an organization that encourages young people in Africa to get involved in conservation efforts. Her main areas of interest are biodiversity, conservation, community-based conservation, raising awareness of the value of wildlife and the environment, and storytelling. She has a background in wildlife management and conservation. She is motivated by an appreciation for wildlife to educate and enlighten African youth about environmental conservation and communities that coexist with wildlife. Victoria is dedicated to using digital media to disseminate knowledge and raise consciousness about environmental conservation issues, with a focus on important and essential stories. Her mission is to educate and enlighten African youth about environmental conservation and communities that coexist with wildlife. The Explorer, Mazingira Yetu Magazine, and Kenya Birding have all published her work.

I am a consultant supporting various conservation and development initiatives. For the majority of my time, I lead the human-wildlife conflict and coexistence work for the Global Wildlife Program, funded by the Global Environment Facility and led by the World Bank. I am a recent graduate from the Wildlife Research and Training Institute, with a passion for conservation and a diverse set of skills honed through hands-on experience.  During my attachment program at Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park and my volunteer work with Reefolution Trust, I have gained invaluable expertise in:  Coral Restoration: Engaging in coral planting, nursery maintenance, and out-planting to rejuvenate marine ecosystems. Marine Debris Cleanups: Organizing and participating in cleanups to protect our oceans. Community Engagement: Facilitating group discussions and outreach programs to foster local involvement in conservation efforts. Data Collection and Entry: Gathering and managing data crucial for research and conservation projects. I’m Dr Gilles Rolin Ananfack Kenfack, a passionate environmental advocate from Cameroon, dedicated to the sustainable management of our natural resources and the conservation of biodiversity. I hold a PhD in Integrated Management of Forest and Agroforestry Resources from the University of Dschang, where I also completed my Master’s in Natural Resource Management and Agroforestry. My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, which laid the groundwork for my analytical approach to environmental issues. My Expertise With extensive experience in project management and community-driven initiatives, I specialize in integrated resource management, biodiversity conservation, and the restoration of degraded landscapes. As the founder and president of the Cameroonian Association for the Promotion of Bamboo, Environmental Protection, Nature Conservation, and Local Development (BambouCamer), I focus on promoting bamboo as a sustainable resource that can drive local development and enhance environmental conservation. My role as Director of Programs at the Community Association for Sustainable Development (CASuDev) involves coordinating various conservation and restoration projects, including efforts to protect the forest elephant population in the Campo Ma’an National Park and restoring degraded landscapes in Babadjou. I am also skilled in community mobilization, capacity building, technical report writing, and social and environmental impact assessments. Throughout my career, I have successfully collaborated with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to create sustainable and equitable solutions to pressing environmental challenges. My Interests I am particularly interested in agroforestry, the application of agroecological practices, and leveraging the potential of bamboo for environmental and economic sustainability. I am committed to advancing environmental sustainability and empowering communities, ensuring that development initiatives are both ecologically sound and socially just. I am a member of the Indian Forest Service, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer with the Government of Maharashtra. In this role, I oversee zoo establishment and operations and manage conservation breeding programs, all aimed at advancing wildlife conservation and enhancing the management of zoological facilities. Additionally, I have experience in handling human-animal conflicts, establishing ecotourism sites, and carrying out ecosystem restoration activities, including plantations and soil and moisture conservation projects. My work is driven by a commitment to promoting sustainable practices and protecting biodiversity in the region.

He provides professional advisory/consulting/extension services to Government, Policy Makers, producers and agricultural companies around the world in the implementation of sustainable Food systems, comprehensive optimization of Agribusiness and evaluation of market opportunities. He is focused on promoting sustainable agriculture through soil conservation techniques, combating desertification and soils erosion, implementing regenerative agriculture methods, Gene Banking and in vitro and ex-situ conservation.
