Marvelous Chilufya is a passionate environmentalist and climate change advocate with a deep-rooted commitment to safeguarding our planet. As a 3rd-year student at Mukuba University in Zambia, studying Environment and Climate Change, Marvelous is actively engaged in the global conversation on sustainable development. His leadership shines through as the 2024 Ambassador for the Healthy Environmentally Friendly Youth (HEY) Campaign in Africa, alongside his impactful work with the Copperbelt Institute of Natural Resources and Climate Change and the Mukuba University Climate Change Action Society. I am an ambitious biomedical professional with expertise in neglected zoonotic diseases and One Health. I hold a DVM and an MS from Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Bangladesh. I hold a bachelor's degree in Forestry and a Master's degree in Natural Resource Management and Rural Development from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. My passion lies in the conservation of Nepal's threatened wildlife, with a special focus on freshwater turtles and tortoises, through the engagement of local communities. In 2023, as a fellow in WWF Nepal’s Environmental Leadership Program (ELP), I led an awareness campaign on turtle and tortoise conservation in a buffer zone community forest of Chitwan National Park, Nepal. During the fellowship, I successfully rescued an Endangered Indian Narrow-headed Softshell Turtle from the local pet trade.

Hello ,My name is Iradukunda Ambrose am from south Western in kigezi region kanungu district, along the last mile communities of Queen Elizabeth National Park and Bwindi impenetrable forest! We also have refugee villages of people from DRC and indigenous tribes of Batwa and Banyabutumbi. I run a youth led non profit organisation called Green Guardians Conservation Hub that also works with Women in Conservation , being  an orphan and entirely living on the park fringes have experienced several challenges along the park like school fees hardships bit am proud am how an Environmental scientist at Makerere university, we now seek for Collaborations and partnerships to boost this great initiative thanks everyone
