My work experience consists of 10 years in human resources in the corporate world, followed by 12 years in the nonprofit sector, in fundraising & development roles for social and then conservation organisations (intl and national level). Earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in organizational psychology in Romania, my home country.

I have recently moved to the Netherlands with my family, I am now working towards obtaining the PMP certification from PMI and I am open to work.
