Such an interesting and engaging conversation. Thank you for sharing! The interconnectedness between human wellbeing and animal care really feels like a needed conversation in this industry and it's so refreshing to hear it being talked about. Sabrina mentioned some really interesting research studies regarding the link between childhood adversities and animal care workers that was really intriguing to hear. The discussion of the neural pathways and empathy and compassion is something I will definitely be thinking further on.
