I am a wildlife conservationist with a dedication for ecological monitoring. Throughout my career, I have worked in various ecosystems, including lakes conserving manatees, marine spaces monitoring sharks and rays, and terrestrial habitats in Cameroon's tropical forests and savannahs, focused on conserving terrestrial mammals. I am on wildhub to build my network and scale up my knowledge and skills in wildlife monitoring.

Graduated by the Faculty of Economy of the University of Tirana/Albania as a Business Manager, my working experience has been very dynamic working for a large variety of organizations, including not only central governmental ones and governmental owned independent agencies, but also private institutions and non governmental organizations of civil society that are active in Albania in the field of nature conservation. My aim in life is continuous learning and to be as close as possible to nature and real things. Lately my raising interest has been towards Ecosystem Services and Sustainable Development Financial Mechanisms.

My love for nature fuels my passion for Wildlife Conservation. I have experience in Wildlife Crime law, policies and capacity building for stakeholders in the wildlife conservation field. The WildHub community is a great platform to network, create and grow career and life transformative partnerships and gain skills on how to best address the Illegal Wildlife Trade global menace through proper project planning, management and governance.

Ephraim Lombe is an experienced GIS and Natural Resources Management Specialist with a demonstrated history of working with local and International organizations in Conservation GIS and Remote Sensing, Community Based Natural Resources Management and Conservation Based IT. He possess a Degree of Bachelors of Science in Forestry from the Copperbelt University (Zambia) where he majored in Sustainable Natural Resource Management and a Cert in The Field of Technology, Communication and Transport from Karelia University of Applied Sciences (Finland). Currently he works in a multidisciplinary environment and strongly acknowledges communities (indigenous people's) vital role in sustainable management of natural resources through building their capacity in CBNRM & Governance, Participatory Land Use Planning for Secured Land Rights, Enterprise Development and Modeling Benefit Sharing Mechanisms in Natural Resources between and within the Government and Communities which are among the sources or catalysts of conflict, barriers or limits to human well-being.
